I teamed up with another designer and a marketing team to create deliverables for the organization Chui Mamas. The mission of the group is to empower women to attain the highest possible standards of living through engaging in income-generating activities. This includes beadworks, multipurpose soap-making, dressmaking, and tailoring.

 

Our goal was to inform the women of Laikipia, Kenya about how this organization is important to their culture, how it will benefit their quality of life while encouraging the women to engage with income-generating activities. The intended audience is the women of Kenya; specifically Laikipian girls and women. The age varies. The goal was also to attract potential sponsors or investors who would help support Chui Mamas. When designing the deliverables it was essential that we researched Kenyan

culture. We wanted ensure that there was accurate representation.
